Overview

The Double Coin REM-3 OTR features a special uni-directional tread design for maximum traction in Off-the-Road skid loader applications. Its radial design offers optimum performance and increased tire life, as well as enhanced ride and handling — a significant step up from the bias-ply tires that still dominate the skid-steer segment. The uni-directional lug arrangement addresses the unique challenge of skid-steer tire design: these machines steer by differential wheel speed, which means the tires are constantly scrubbing sideways against the surface. The REM-3 channels this lateral force into forward traction rather than wasting it as side-slip abrasion.

Skid steer tires wear fast — it's inherent in the steering mechanism. Every turn scrubs rubber off the tread. The REM-3's radial construction provides a larger, more stable contact patch than bias-ply alternatives, improving both traction and flotation — critical when a skid steer is working on soft ground or finished surfaces where rutting is unacceptable. The optimized tread compound resists the rapid wear that defines skid-steer tire economics.

Production lead time is 15-25 days after order confirmation for standard models. For urgent orders, we offer priority production scheduling (subject to factory capacity). Yes. We provide free technical data sheets (PDF) for all tire models, including dimensional drawings, load/speed ratings, tread depth, and application recommendations. Physical samples can be arranged — we'll ship 1-2 sample tires per model via air freight (typically 5-7 days) or include them in your next container at no extra freight cost. Sample cost is refunded against your first full container order.

Q6: Do you offer OEM or private labeling?

We offer two paths for brand customization. Option A — OEM Manufacturing: We produce tires under your brand name and sidewall design (MOQ: 2 containers per pattern). Option B — Private Label Program: For our in-stock Fedcoin patterns, we can add your company's sidewall marking alongside the standard Fedcoin branding (MOQ: 1 container). Both options include custom packaging design support. Lead time for OEM is 30-45 days; private label is 15-20 days.
