The Double Coin REM-2 Off-The-Road radial features an aggressive self-cleaning tread design that does one thing exceptionally well: it rejects material. In clay, wet shale, or sticky overburden, a tread that packs up becomes a slick — the REM-2's open block geometry and stone-ejector groove profile force mud and debris out of the pattern as the tire rotates, maintaining bite through the entire duty cycle. Engineered to deliver superior traction in all types of terrain, the REM-2 is an OEM Certified OTR with an advanced casing design that promotes retreadability.

The non-directional tread pattern is a practical choice for articulated equipment. On an articulated hauler or loader that reverses under load roughly half the time, a directional tire sacrifices rearward traction. The REM-2 delivers equally in both directions, and because the pattern is symmetric, it can be rotated across axle positions to balance wear. With sizes spanning from 17.5R25 to 875/65R29, the REM-2 covers the full range of mid-size earthmoving equipment.

Why This Tire Matters

Earthmoving tires live in a triangle of tradeoffs: traction, wear rate, and heat resistance. The REM-2's E3/L3 classification balances moderate tread depth for heat dissipation with enough rubber mass to deliver competitive hours-to-removal.
